Booth Assignments are done on a first come/first served basis by date of receipt of application and payment in full. Deposit must be submitted no later than 7 days after online application. If your check is returned, your credit declined, or deposit not received within 7 days we will release your booth for resale. Upon receipt of contract a full confirmation package will be mail to you. Booth reservations made after April 13 require full payment.
To be list in the Preview Program, please submit your application with payment and publicity questionnaire by December 31, 2007. The Preview Program will list your company name, address, booth number and phone numbers and is distributed to over 90,000 trade professionals.
Mail your check payment to 1645 Falmouth Road #1A Centerville, MA 02632. Make checks payable to FutureNet. If paying by credit card, please note Tradeshow Management Services will appear on your statement not FutureNet. All booth spaces are 8' deep by 10' wide. Space includes Pipe and drape backwall and side rails and Company ID sign.
